What do have to do to to reduce my ecological footprint by 1 planet? Explain in detail. How realistic is this compared to reducing it to 1 planet?

In order for my to reduce from 6 planets to 5 planets which would be 1 less there really would not be a drastic change like it is to just reduce it to just 1 planet, but i would still have to change a couple of my bad habits. I love to travel and try different things but i also love traveling in airplanes but i would have to cut that and try taking buses only go on planes if its really necessary. Also, use a little less energy and take shorter hot showers. Taking a bike or walking to school would also be a good way to reduce your planets. Changing from 6 planets to 1 planet is very drastic you would have to change completely everything and that's the different when you go from 6 planets to just 1 less you would only change a couple of things.

How would my lifestyle change if it was reduced to 1 Planet?

There is numbers of ways that we can reduce from 6 planets to just 1 planet, but this will consists of cutting down A LOT of things! One thing that can be done is using better electricity saving habits like turning lights off when leaving a room, turn off computer monitors when they are not in use, and instead of using the drying machine try to dry your clothes outside as much as possible. Also instead of eating all the different types of meat that we do becoming a vegetarian will help a lot which is eating primarily plant based foods, but some dairy. I can also change where I go get my food from instead of getting food in a restaurant, supermarket, or getting take out going to a natural food market would work better and cut how much I eat a day from two large meal a day i can eat one large meal and a couple of snacks a day. I would have to buy less, replace the items i have only when i really need to. Take shorter and less frequent shower which would save water, and most of all BUY RECYCLABLE PRODUCTS!

What is my ecological foot print?

My current ecological foot print is 6 planets, this is not good at all. If everyone was to live like i do this mean it would take 6 planet to sustain everybody instead of just one.
